Story: We feature many coffees from our friends at Forest in Colombia, and we generally roast them all light. Forest Coffee excels at delivering a marvelous spectrum of fruit flavors in the cup, and we wanted to see what would happen to those flavors if we turned up the heat. It is basically like barbecuing a fruit salad, but grilled fruit can have amazing flavors that are unique and delicious. We are very pleased with the results, and we think you will be too!
