Event Space Rental Information

Campus & Microcinema Event Space 

Acoustic Java’s Coffee Campus & Microcinema is available by appointment for private functions. With 1,500 square feet of indoor event space, an outdoor patio, an espresso and pour over coffee bar, and a movie projector, the intimate space is perfect for unique events. 

Event space rental only (includes complimentary drip coffee & tea for all guests; rates subject to change): 

50-60 attendees (including hosts) = $200 per hour of “event time” 

30-50 attendees (including hosts) = $150 per hour of “event time” 

25 attendees or less (including hosts) = $125 per hour of “event time”  

$100 per hour for pre-event “set-up time” 

$100 post-event “maintenance and cleaning fee” (under 25 attendees)  


$150 post-event “maintenance and cleaning fee” (over 25 attendees)
