How do I order a coffee subscription?

We now offer three different subscription types below.

Choose your desired amount of coffee and your desired shipping schedule.

3. Complete the transaction and rest easy.

  • How do I cancel?

    You can cancel your subscription at any time. Simply go to the My Subscriptions section in your Account, and cancel, skip, or postpone your subscription, according to your preference.

  • How do I skip or pause my subscription?

    You can skip or pause your subscription, according to your preferences. Simply select "skip order" in the My Subscriptions section of your Account. To skip multiple shipments, simply use the "change date" to select your desired future date.

  • How do I change my subscription's frequency?

    Adjust subscription frequency and/or quantity in your account's My Subscriptions section.

  • Can I change my subscription instead of cancelling it??

    Yes, you can! To change subscription type, simply use the drop down menu beneath the coffee price in the My Subscriptions section of your account. Any existing requests, such as grind, will continue to apply, unless you change this, too. This does not apply to the Dealer's Choice subscription type.

  • Can I add items to my subscription?

    Yes. Except for special selections, you can add any item from our site, by logging in to your account before browsing. You will then see an “Add to my upcoming order” button on the product pages.

  • Can I change my billing or shipping information?

    Absolutely, yes. Simply go to the My Subscriptions section of your account to find your billing and shipping information. Click on the "edit" link below the information to update the information.

  • How do I change the grind setting in my subscription?

    To do this, please email your request to, and they will be happy to make the adjustment according to your instructions.

  • Can I purchase a subscription as a gift?

    Definitely! But, keep in mind, we do not currently have an option that allows you to pay in full upfront for a given period. So, the recurring billing will be in effect until you cancel at a future date at any time of your choosing.
