Colombian, Medium Roast

From the Tolima region of Colombia, this coffee has been decaffeinated with ethyl acetate derived from sugar cane. Because of this, there is a much deeper level of flavor than you would traditionally see in a decaffeinated coffee. Possessing notes of red fruit, deep sweetness, and a well-rounded medium body with a hint of spice. We are excited to offer a decaf that has the flavor potential of some of our most exciting specialty coffees
