From the mountains of Tolima, Colombia, this Direct Trade, Certified Organic coffee is produced by the Black Condor Project at elevations of 1,650–1,950 meters. Caturra and Castillo varietals are carefully washed and roasted to a smooth medium profile, bringing out rich notes of caramel and cocoa balanced by the juicy sweetness of ripe plum.
