Acoustic Java maintains this Site for your personal information, retail purchasing, education, and communication. Acoustic Java provides its services to you subject to the notices, terms, and conditions set forth in these Terms (the “Agreement”). In addition, when you use any Acoustic Java service (e.g., Customer Reviews), you will be subject to the rules, guidelines, policies, terms, and conditions applicable to such service, and they are incorporated into this Agreement by this reference.
Acoustic Java reserves the right to modify this Site and modify or amend this Agreement at any time. All changes will be effective immediately upon their posting on this Site. Material changes will be posted clearly on this Site. ACCESSING, BROWSING OR OTHERWISE USING THE SITE INDICATES YOUR AGREEMENT TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THIS AGREEMENT, SO PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING.

Return and Refund Policy
First and foremost, thank you for supporting and shopping with Acoustic Java. We take great pride in providing you with quality products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we want you to know that we’re here to help.
Please note that we are only able to process returns and refunds purchased at our retail stores and online retail shop. For purchases made with our wonderful wholesale partner retailers, you must work with them directly.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Please contact our offices at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your contact information (first and last name, email address, street address, order number, products purchased and the reason for return and/or refund). Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
We want you to love your product! If your return is approved, we are happy to replace your returned products or initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit usually within 7-10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
In no event shall Acoustic Java or any of its officers, representatives, directors, employees, consultants or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, special, incidental, exemplary or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever (including without limitation, damages for loss of use, data, information, profits or business interruption) arising out of or in any way related to the use or performance of this Site or any linked website or to any material, information, data, products, or services obtained through this Site, or otherwise arising out of your use of this Site, your inability to use this Site or any decision made or action taken by you in reliance of any information, advice or materials provided on this Site, whether such damages are based in tort, contract, negligence, strict liability or otherwise, even if Acoustic Java has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue your access to and use of the Acoustic Java Site.
Termination and Effect of Termination
In addition to any other legal or equitable remedies, Acoustic Java may, without prior notice to you, immediately terminate the Agreement or revoke any or all of your rights granted under this Agreement. Upon any termination of this Agreement, you shall immediately cease all access to and use of the Site and Acoustic Java shall, in addition to any other legal or equitable remedies, immediately revoke all password(s) and account identification issued to you and deny your access to and use of this Site in whole or in part. Any termination of this Agreement shall not affect the respective rights and obligations (including without limitation, payment obligations) of the parties arising before the date of termination.
Personal Information We Collect
